d. HIPAA training

Immunizations uploaded into Magnus

a. Negative TB screening within the last year

b. Hep B series or titer

c. MMR series, documented history of diseases, or titers

d. Td within the last 10 years

e. RN license front and back

f. CPR card front and back

• Feel like I need to have received one additional graduate credit hour for successfully completing these multiple admission assignments. Certainly did not have anywhere near that much to do for admission to my last SON graduate school, nor to the multiple others that I have applied to for the fall.What other school requires all of this extra documentation? Aren't we, be default, already employed in Healthcare, where HIPAA training is a mandatory annual? And the other requirements? Healthcare employment, the strictest of strict in terms of rules and regulations regarding employment stipulations.

Struggling to gracefully learn to type on a flat laptop keyboard and simultaneously upload, and learn, tons of new technology.
